Everybody that has hears about it from the Director Chris Leonard has immediately wanted to see it. Now that being said you can help out, by following it on Twitter, by liking it on Facebook. Get involved early, get ready and get pumped up for A-Town.

The Importance Of Video
2 06 2010So this guy Joe ‘codeloss‘ Kowalski is a Graphic Designer who worked on the video game Brutal Legend. As you can tell YouTube has changed the world in the fact that everyone can view this video on there. So here we have a Graphic designer who worked on a video game, which was promoted using Television Commercials (Video). How does Joe show his work, through video. Writing will always have it’s place in this world but sometimes you can’t beat showing the work you did. Boing Boing is the site I got the video from and they give a bit more detail about the project.
Also be sure to check BoingBoing.net for more interesting stuff.

Filmmaking, a long process
2 06 2010This weekend I had the privilege to work on a fellow students project, “Rag Doll”, I did the lighting on the project. Talia DeVault is the director and she came with a vision and executed it very well. Wilfred Galila was the Director of Photography, it was the first time I worked with him and everything went smoothly with him. The crew as a whole was great everybody had there spirits up and was ready to work. How ever on this project we worked with animals, a dog named Diesel. So they say never work with Children or Animals, now I can see why, it takes so long to get the animal to do what you have planned out. We were there shooting Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. 10 hour days, which is normal for a shoot. But man do the days seem to drag on on the third and fourth day. However I just saw some of the daily’s and it was all worth it. I just have to say I started working on my senior project and just getting the script the way I want it is taking over a year to perfect and it’s a trying and tiring experience. But I love it and can’t wait to move onto production.

Back to Business
26 05 2010So after being away for a couple of weeks, It was a delicate personal matter, read From Yesterday to Tomorrow for more on that. So how have we been doing in the baseball world.
After a promising start My S.F. Giants have slumped, they are holding on at just above .500, but they need to get it together if they plan on winning the World Series this year. Currently 3rd in their Division they have a way to go. Still with not even half the season over the playoffs are not out of reach. Across the bay the Oakland A’s are 2nd in their division and are at .500 even. So both Bay Area teams need to pull it together for another Battle of the Bay. And who saw this coming, Tampa Bay is #1 in MLB right now? crazy.
On to some positive news for the Giant’s Tim Lincecum is leading strikeouts so far this season.
So on to the Sabathia Tracker:
| W | L | ERA | G | GS | CG | SHO | SV | SVO | IP | H | R | ER | HR | HB | BB | SO | AVG | WHIP | GO/AO | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SEASON | 4 | 3 | 3.86 | 10 | 10 | 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 65.1 | 58 | 30 | 28 | 10 | 2 | 21 | 49 | .244 | 1.21 | 1.53 |
4 wins, 3 losses. 3.86 ERA, Sabathia also in a bit of a slump, still he’s the man and will turn it around this season. 49 Strikeouts is not bad, however he shouldn’t be walking 21 hitters.
Positive Thoughts Produce Positive Results.

From Yesterday to Tomorrow
14 05 2010Yesterday we met.
Yesterday we shared some laughs.
Yesterday we went to the lake.
Yesterday we celebrated.
Yesterday we shared a beer.
Yesterday nothing mattered.
Yesterday we could accomplish anything.
Yesterday the world was ours.
Yesterday you made the world a brighter place.
Yesterday the world was a better place.
Today I had to say goodbye.
Today the laughter has died.
Today the lake is dry.
Today the celebration ended.
Today we ran out of beer.
Today you are the only thing that matters.
Today there are no accomplishments.
Today the world is empty.
Today everything is darker.
Today the world is cold.
Tomorrow we’ll meet again.
Tomorrow we will laugh again.
Tomorrow the lake will be waiting.
Tomorrow the celebration will start again.
Tomorrow we’ll share another beer.
Tomorrow we matter.
Tomorrow our accomplishments will be fulfilled.
Tomorrow everything will be ours.
Tomorrow we will shine together.
Tomorrow everything will be better.
To my friend Diego, yesterday everything was great. Today seems like a bad dream that I cannot wake up from. Tomorrow I will think of you. I wait for the time we will meet again. Rest in Piece my friend.
